Dear Sir I am Writing this Letter to you regarding the baggage that was lost last week while I was traveling for Holidays. So just to give you heads up, my Baggage basically contains two suitcases of black color each with silver stripes on it. These bags weigh about 12kg each and are rectangular in shape. Along with that, it also contains a small handbag of blue color which is approximately of 4 kg. Besides this there is a football keychain attached to the handbag which might be a help for you. Starting from scratch, let me explain you my traveling schedule. So I was heading Qatar from Toronto via Montreal. As explained and guided by airline policies of Qatar Airways, my luggage was already processed at Toronto Pearson Airport and was given confirmation that the luggage will be handed over to me directly in Doha. So I was really at peace during my entire journey, But somehow I got shocked when I came across this unexpected circumstances when I landed at Doha Airport as the authorities explained me about the entire mishap. Moreover, I feel like something went wrong during the connecting Flight of Montreal as I was told by the staff that your luggage will be delivered in next flight due to lack of extra space. Furthermore, the staff provided me Firm assurance about the luggage. With Addition to this, I am Glad that I took Traveling Insurance with your company before traveling as it is a big life saver for me. So as per the company polices and procedure, I have submitted all of the documents and required paperwork which explains my case in a legit way. Moreover, I do comply with the Out-of-pocket amount of $ 50 that I have to pay in order to claim the Insurance amount. So I request you to please provide me the lost Baggage at first if you could otherwise I will have to settle down with Insurance claim, so that I can recover the loses that I have gone through while traveling which includes my electronics, clothes, jewelry and other valuable items.
