Respected Sir, I have planned a holiday the previous week but I had a really bad trip as I lost my luggage while transiting through multiple airports, It was mentioned on my travel itinerary that I will receive my luggage at my final destination which I did not receive. I am writing to you in regards to my lost luggage, my luggage included some of my important documents, a brand new cinema player, a few antiques which included paintings that I bought from Italy on my holiday trip. The total worth of the lost items including all other stuff was approximately USD1200. My holiday trip was divided into 5 location of which the last location was Toronto, while boarding the flight from London which was the 4th location planned as per my trip my travel itinerary was changed as the airline decided to accommodate passengers in a smaller flight due business reasons, I was told that I would receive my luggage through a different flight at the destination which never reached me and that created a panic to me. I see that I have a cover of USD2000 on my travel insurance package, I request you mail me the list of necessary documents required to process the claim. Thanks and Regards
