Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my discontent with the food service we have received yesterday at your hotel, when we attended a office meeting. Firstly, we were impressed by the hotel facilities, furnishing, quality of reception and transfer provided, however, the contentment did not last for long when the food we ordered was stale especially the bread, additionally, some of my staff who had meat informed that it was raw and undercooked. Due to this, one of my member was having an abdominal discomfort which resulted in admitting him in a hospital. We did not expect such an experience from a renowned hotel like yours, moreover, huge favorable reviews were heard upon merely considering that reason, we will not give a bad review. I strongly suggest you to take a command on the kitchen and ensure no other customer face the same consequence when comes to health.
