I am writing in regards to the new Sony television purchased from your website on 03/08/2021 under the latest EMI scheme. Order ID of the same is Ahags123 and it was delivered on 05/03/2012. After the delivery, I realised that the remote control of the TV was not working properly. It blinks red light whenever I press buttons but still television channels are not changing. I changed the remote battery cells but it is still not working.
I have purchased this television as a gift specially for my grandmother’s birthday. She is 70 years old and loves to watch spiritual channels. It causes lot of inconvenience for her to get up and flip the channels every time. I have tried to reach out to the customer care through toll free number available on the website but there was no proper resolution. They ensured that someone from the technical team would visit to check but nobody have showed up till date. I am really upset about such kind of unprofessional behaviour from your technical team.
I would like to request you to please replace remote control as soon as possible. I have preserved the original tag and packing. You can reach me at 7337892982 anytime in case of any further query.
