Dear Sir or Madam, I am a resident of townhill plaza writing on behalf of community member to express discontent. We have been expecting a change for last couple of weeks and hoping for immediate solution. I really appreciate the efforts staff of local council do to manage and their contribution in keeping clean. However, often do not collect the household wastage from dustbin in morning when arrive in the evening. Due to this, wild cats and dogs litter the garbage outside. Also, no one comes on public holidays which makes the situation worse. This results in bad odour spread and the overflow garbage is unhygienic, becomes breeding grounds for mosquitoes, flies which enter houses making us prone to developing myriads of infectious diseases. It is necessary to take action with the viable solution to clear the bins by the staff working in shifts which reduces the stress on few, moreover, some staff need to be appointed for holidays. It will be helpful if provided with different colour bins that helps to segregate the waste. I am looking forward for the immediate action. Yours Sincerely, Shruthi.
