Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to make few complains about the arrangements of my dormitory. I am a graduate student of this college and I belong to a small town which is quite far from here. As a student, I am expected to get good grades in exams and for that reason, a quiet and comfortable environment is required. I would like to tell you about some issues I have been facing since I have reached here. Firstly, I have a roommate and we are sharing everything in a room. She belongs to a different city. She has a huge social circle and her friends are visiting her almost everyday and it gets very uncomfortable for me to study. Our room is a total mess because of her friends eating and drinking there and never cleaning the room. Our bathroom is untidy all the time. In such a scenario, studying and working gets impossible for me. I have spoken to her about this but she did not care. I humbly request you to kindly provide me a comfortable place to live and work.
