RE: Your assigned topic (Problems faced during the last few years and their recommendations/Suggestions) Excellency, I would like to extend my Thanks to you for giving me the opportunity to highlight problems faced by me during the last few years. Few of the concerns I want to share are 1. Building of PISJ Azizia is on lease, which is still controversial, despite all the efforts by School and Consulate we are unable to get a permanent Solution. 2. According to Saudi Laws SMC (School Management Council) has a positive role in school’s development and progress unfortunately PISJ suffers a lot in this matter as every time SMC cross their limits and start interfering in School Admin matters. Despite repeated attempts to address this issue still we are facing their day to day interruption in school internal matters. 3. Unknown Media Elements are spoiling School repute in the community by posting fake and baseless news. According to the analysis, done to figure out the issue, these are the female teachers who were retired at the age of fifty-five from school as per Saudi Laws. 4. School is facing a financial deficit due to drop in Student strength and there is a need to rationalize the number of staff as per students strength. In the last years few of the teachers were removed on their Academic performance base but they were restored again using political backgrounds. 5.
