Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to address my concern regarding the poor condition of the road n front of my housing society. My name is Harjeet Kaur and I live in a society called Green Archer which is in the city Noida, Uttar Pradesh. I would like to draw your attention to the inconvenience faced by the residents of this and nearby society everyday. Due to the damaged road, people are facing challenges in driving their vehicles which is leading to the increase on the number of accidents in the area. Also, as many cars are parked on the adjacent road, there has been substantial spike in car theft and in last one month, society members have registered 10 complaints. Despite of several complaints, no concreate action has been taken yet. As the president of the society and on behalf of my society members, I would request you to take immediate action towards the re-construction of road with quality material as the same road was constructed 2 years back only. I have attached the copy of the complaint letters we have sent earlier and also series of concerns raised by nearby residents. I would look forward to hearing from you.
