Dear Mrs. Pham Hoang Minh Tam I am writing this letter to Thank you for your recent invitation to the singing competition to celebrate the National Teacher Day and also welcome the freshmen It was very thoughtful of you to have invited me, and I would like to acknowledge the genuine efforts you have taken. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend to your competition as a judge of this contest. Due to the fact that I have another even to take part in at the same time. To be more specific, I am planning to celebrate a reunion event with my old classmates from high school and I accepted to be the host. Therefore, I couldn’t break my promise. In addition, I do not think that I am suitable for the role because I have no experience in that field. In my opinion, the person who in charge of the judge should be an expert in music. In fact, no one else but that person knows exactly who deserves the first prize at the contest. Thank you again for the invitation.
