On behalf of the music club of Danang University of Foreign Language Studies, I, as the secretary, would like to invite you to our singing competition. It would be our honor to have your presence as the judge of this contest.
This competition will be held on November 20th to celebrate the National Teacher Day as well as to welcome the freshmen. The show starts at 6 pm so we would appreciate it if you can be there an hour earlier.
As mentioned above, this contest will be a playground for first-year students. All the lecturers are also invited. Our music club will be joining with a special performance. You are more than welcomed to sing a song or have a talk with the audience, that is if you would want to. As it is a day to honor the teachers nationwide, please dress formally.
Once again, we would love to have your presence but do not feel burdened if you cannot. Please indicate whether you will be able to attend before the end of next week (October 3rd).
