Dear Mr. Peterson,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with regard to the vacuum cleaner that I purchased on the 12th of March. Unfortunately, this appliance is out of order, and I have yet to receive proper assistance from your company to address the issue.
The first thing I would like to draw your attention to is that when I unboxed the product, I noticed some scratch marks on its surface. Even more shocking when I plugged it to the power socket.
To address the problem, I called customer support. Annoyingally, I had to wait on the line for 15 minutes before the operator spoke to me. To make matters worse, I was told that the vacuum cleaner had probably been damaged during delivery and that it was not the company’s responsibility to resolve the problem.
As you can imagine, I am terribly disappointed with the manner in which the situation was handled. I, therefore, wish to be fully reimbursed as soon as possible. More importantly, I trust that you, as the manager of PK Electronics, ensure that your support team does not ignore your customers’ requests in the future.
