Dear Sir or Madam, Last week I bought a kettle from your shop. It was a nice Blue kettle which was on sale. When I came home I tested it work but it did not work. The power signal was not working so it did not boil the water. Immediately after realizing the problem, I phoned the shop and I did some tests with the instructions they gave me. The tests were also failed and the kettle did not work. When I phoned second time the shop told me that they will send someone to check the kettle in 3 days. Before coming to my home they will inform me. It has been five days passed since I phoned and still no one reached me. Since I have no other kettle I need this equipment for hot water.
