I am writing this letter with huge disappointment as the trip which was organized for Europe by your travel agency turns out to be a disaster.
The trip which was organized for Europe during the first week of February was the one which we were eagerly waiting for a long time. As we have planned, the stay will be arranged in a 5-star hotel with a specific requirement which was a sea view.
At the starting of our travel, without any prior notice, we got to know that the flight which was booked for us was canceled and we had to take a connected flight which gave us a huge loss. Upon that when we reached the resort, we were provided with a room which does not meet our expectations. We requested a sea view and we were not provided with that which was a huge disappointment.
We would like to file a complaint regarding this concern and it will be appreciable if you can provide us with a 20% of refund of the whole amount which was paid. Otherwise, you can give us some coupons which we can use on our upcoming travel.
