Dear Mr. Han Happy new year! Long time no see. Today, I am writing this letter to let you know something about noise. As we know, where I live is a nice and quiet place. Recently, it has been so noisy every night. The reason is my neighbor Eddie had parties every night until 2 or 3am since last week, it sounds like that he invited a lot of friends to home, they sang, chatted and drank. The noise was very loud that made me can’t sleep well, sometimes I even insomnia. I tried to talk to him, but he didn’t listen to me. So could you please talk this problem to him and persuade him to keep quiet every night, especially on the weekday. If he still could not, I will move out there, because it affects my life seriously.
