Because there are various activities planned for the program, there are not enough staff here to take care of the children and complete the program. So we need volunteers for this activity. The most important requirement is that candidates need to be sympathetic and really willing to help our children. I would be most grateful if you could pass on and advertise the recruitment in the local newspaper published next week. I hope that you will agree because both volunteers and children will get a lots of benefits from our program. For volunteers, it’s a great way to gain their experience about many fields such as education, social work, healthcare. With cooperating and communicating with our children, other volunteers, they will increase social life skill especially communication skills. Furthermore, they will understand the value of sharing and the important of generosity. Also, children can obviously be supported and assisted by society because the goal of programs is children's happiness, help them somewhat alleviate their disadvantage.
