You bought a Washing machine, but it doesn't work. Write a letter pK0W2
I am writing to inform you about a product. I purchased a washing machine from your outlet vide mall on March 4. For about two weeks it's working was satisfactory. But now it has started it's trouble. It makes a loud noise and stops on its own all of sudden. The machine does not wash clothes properly. I am sure some manufacturing defect has impatient it's working. Since the machine is within the warranty period, I request you to replace it at the earliest. I have been your regular customer and purchase articles on your express recommendation and good faith. Hoping for an immediate replacement of the washing machine. Your faithfully, Marry Ray.
