To be my honours to join ABC company as a software engineer. Unforturally i have some personal difficulty so that may affect the appointed day.
Due to the communication issue between my boss and Human resource team. We have incorrectly to mix up the number of annual leave with no pay leave. So that the last day will become 21st of June. When I realized the issue, i was immediately discuss with my boss to confirm any opportunity to continue the last day without any delay. But the Human resource manager would like to follow the company policy. For this case, the way to resolve it will be pay for extra to buy out for the week or wait until the end.
I understand that there is no window for your company to pay for this personal mistake. So that i would like to ask for postpone the appointed day to 22nd of June.
