I want you to give this presentation because you have worked on this project for so long and you know all the details, technical process, etc. For your convenience, I will arrange all the travel arrangements and after your arrival a taxi to pick you up and drop you back at the hotel. I will book a hotel under your name in the nearest convention center so you do not have to travel a lot. Please let me know if you are interested. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
