Dear Jose, I am a second-year undergraduate student from the engineering faculty at Niagara College. Two weeks ago I forgot my wallet on the bus and my student card was within it. I am writing to inform you of the card loss and to ask for a replacement. I take the bus on a daily basis to move from college to home. On the last ride, I was traveling with some classmates and one of them asked me to lend him money. Therefore I took my wallet out of my pocket but I forgot to put it back again. As you may understand, this has been a stressful situation for me. I am currently using my citizen identification to access the university facilities however, the security staff at the front gate always take ten minutes to validate my information. Additionally, I cannot use resources like computers, printers, meeting rooms nor take books from the library which I regularly use to complete my assignments.
