I am writing to inform you that I am about to hold an event to raise fund for a worthwhile purpose. To start with, this event will be took place at my dicstrict’s house of culture, and it will be stared at 7a. m on this Sunday to make sure that every applicants is free to join in. In addition, this event’s aim need to be specified in oder to let people know the money they donate will be used for what. Apart from the imformation of this event, about the way we spend this fund, there are two main groups of people supported, homeless people, and orphanages. For displaced people, half of the money raised will be used to buy clothes, food, and necessary things for all the homeless in our area. Beside, the remaining money in the fundraiser will be used to buy gifts such as clothes, toys, school supplies, especially, the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, so we will also hold a Mid-Autumn Festival for children in the orphanage.
