Dear Manager, I am writing this letter to complain about the heating system installed in the room (no: 116). I stayed in that room last weekend and the stay there ws very difficult as the heating system was not functioning well. Let me explain the issues in detail. Though there's was digital dispaly to control the temparature but the temparature didn't change according to the controller. When I informed the situation to the staff they said, they will attend to the issue as much as possible. However until I left the hotel the issue was not fixed. And I had to wear many cloths and get my self covered in the balnket through out the night as I'm not familiar to the cold weather. Considering this bad experience, I would like to ask for a partial refund as I had a very difficult stay in your hotel. And the amount I paid is not deserve for such kind of bad stay.
