garbage collection in your area is not working

Dear Sir or Madam, I am a resident of Townhall neighborhood, writing this letter on behalf of the community to express the discontent. We were expecting a change for the couple of weeks, however, now we need an immediate action. We appreciate the hard work the staff of local council do to manage and maintain the cleanliness of the community. However, they often forget to collect the household wastage from the dustbins in the morning when they come in the evening. Wild cats and dogs litter the garage outside. In addition, no one comes to collect the waste on public holidays making the situation even worse. Bad odor spreads, overflow garbage makes the area unhygienic for everyone and tends to become a breeding grounds to the flies and mosquitoes. They enter the homes and make us prone to develop a myriad of infectious diseases. I would like to suggest a viable solution that the staff could work in shifts collecting the waste timely. In addition, you can add few volunteers or new members on the public holidays, consequently, keeping the community clean on an every day basis, moreover, you can arrange separate bins to segregate.
