Formal Letter to cancel the councils decison to shut down sports and leisure facility

Dear Sir or Madam, This letter is to draw your attention to the concerns regarding the erroneous decision of the central council committee to shut down the Sports and leisure facility in our area. Being the longstanding representatives of this community since last 6 decades, I would like to inform you that both my mother and father have been using this leisure facility to maintain their health regime along with our near and dear ones and family friends. Additionally, my sister and her friends are utilizing the swimming pool for their National level practices This sports facility is the heart and soul of the people here. Old aged people use this facility to keep up their connections with their colleagues so that that they can share their old memories. People like us utilize this facility for our daily workout and swimming practice sessions. Altogether, this wonderful facility holds the cherished memories of numerous generations. If this facility is closed down then it will affect not only our Physical health but also the Mental health since this is the only facility closest to the 50 families living in this community. Additionally, this sports building alone has the best affordable facilities for practicing swimming for the children, So, I respectfully request you to revisit your decision after evaluating the aforementioned pleas and concerns.
