I am writing this letter to share our feedback we received from our employees for the all- day meeting held on 12th June 2021 at your Taj Residency property situated in New Jersey.
Firstly, your resort is located centrally and it is conveniently connected with all suburbs of the city. Secondly, the property is well maintained and it is ideal for peaceful day activities. Lastly, you have a very well behaved staff blessed with good presence of the mind to handle any unlikely situations.
However, I would like to draw your attention to our unpleasant experience related to food, especially the mid-day meal. Vegetarians had very limited options, in fact only one desert was offered to vegan out of 5 deserts. Further, the Barbeque was installed inside the meeting room, which led to conference area filled with smoke after lunch. Also breads counter was too slow leading to excess waiting time on tables.
I would suggest you to kindly add more variety for vegetarian deserts in your menu since anyone can enjoy sweets and saviors without egg. Also kindly provide Barbeque setup only to the open areas, as it involves fire risk. Most importantly, please arrange bread preparation facility near to the conference facility to avoid cold breads.
