Write a letter to your friend about asking her to take your position at your job.

Dear Ravi, As you already know, I'm currently working with PVDRS as Project Architect. At the moment i am handling not only 3 architecture projects but also 2 interior design projects. My currrent position requires me to design and develop various proposals. It also requires me to coordinate and handle on site execution, keeping in mind client budget and deadlines. While it has been an amazing learning experience, sadly it's time for me to bid adeu to the firm and explore academics further. I am planning to pursue a post graduate degree in green architecture which would require a lot of work from my end in terms of portfolio, resume and other tests. Hence, it would get difficult to do both simultaneously. I'm aware that you are not very satisfied with your current job and the work culture there. So i was wondering if you could take up my position at my current work place. Considering the design philosophy and principles of the firm, I believe you would be a perfect fit here. In addition to that it will be a nice increase in position and remuneration for you. I am very positive that thhis will be a great stepping stone for your futute endeavours.
