Dear Michael, I am writing about my concern on my neighbor who habitually plays music late at night. The tenant just moved into the building a couple of months ago. He was at the unit 327 with his partner. I don’t want to cause any issue between us since I have never met nor gotten in touch with them yet. Therefore, I am asking for your help to resolve this problem. There was a huge disturbance in my bedroom every time they turned on their sound system especially at night. I am working at a breakfast cafe and have to get up before sunrise. I am having trouble waking up due to lack of sleep. I believe I am not the only one in the building affected by this, Perhaps it would be useful if you send an email to all the residents regarding noise regulations of our community and its penalty to prevent this kind of circumstances again.
