Everyone has a favorite movie; what’s yours? When it comes to movies there's a variety of them. Fast & Furious 9 is my mother's favorite movie. She says that she likes it since it is an action movie. The Crimson Peak is my favorite movie because it is the best-haunted house movie, the family has dark secrets that are waiting to be discovered, and it’s about a monstrous love story. The Crimson peak is the best-haunted house movie due to the fact that now and then Edith saw ghosts. The first ghost she saw was her mother when she was young. When she married Sir Thomas, she went to live at Allerdale Hall, a brilliantly clad but dilapidated mansion also called The Crimson Peak which was away from the city. The only persons living at the mansion were Lady Lucille, Sir Thomas, and Edith. Every night Edith heard creepy sounds and she had nightmares. Sir Thomas and Lady Lucille had dark secrets. They had killed many other women because of money. Sir Thomas and Lady Lucille were married but kept it a secret. Lady Lucille wanted to kill Edith also for money, therefore she was putting venom on Edith’s drinks. Edith discovered what they were doing and tried to escape. Lady Lucille and Sir Thomas had a monstrous love. While Edith was trying to escape, Lady Lucille pushed her and she fell from upstairs. Lady Lucille killed women when she had their money and she also accepted that Sir Thomas marries the women to get their money. In the end, something happened that they didn’t expect. Sir Thomas got in love with Edith and he told Lady Lucille, therefore she killed him although she loved him, subsequently, she tried killing Edith. Edith was weak but had some energy to fight Lady Lucille. A haunted mansion, secrets shrouded in mystery, and a horrific love are some of the things that can be found in The Crimson Peak which makes it my favorite movie. At the mansion still lives the spirit of the dead women. The mysteries have been revealed and Sir Thomas, as well as Lady Lucille, died. Only Edith remained, so she left the mansion and went back home.
