How are you? I am writing this letter to inform you about my visit to you. Actually, I have to reschedule my visit to your city because my cousin is getting married in next month. I know you are super excited about my visit and it’s been long time since we have not met but unfortunately, I have to cancel the trip. My cousin’s wedding is on 25th October and she really wants me to be there with her. She has been in relationship with the guy very long time and now the guy got his dream job in American Company, so they are moving to America. Before moving to America, they want to tie a knot in the presence of their family members. Therefore, I have to cancel the plan. I hope you would understand my situation.
