Dear Ms. Jackson, I am writing this letter to suggest a coworker's name for this year's employee of the year award. Alex is currently handling international clients for our company where he is leading a team of 10 people and focusing on solving reporting issues reported by clients. I got an opportunity to work with Alex couple months back for a period of six months, where we lead East and West sides of the world. The project was about detecting bottlenecks in these regions which were impacting our yearly revenue and trying to get rid of them. By end of the project, we achieved 95% of our goal. while working with Alex in this project, I have seen extraordinary ability in him to negotiate with clients and managing the team efficiently at the same time, which I think are the reasons behind the successful completion of this project. this project has increased our company revenue by 20% in this single year and I believe for these reasons, Alex should be considered as an employee of the year this year. Thank you. yours sincerely, Ayush
