Dear Mr. John, My name is Astha Goel and I am writing this letter in reference to our meeting in the flight to Toronto last month. You offered me a job position of head chef in one of your New York branch. We met last month in the flight from New York to Toronto. I was sitting next to you and we discussed about your restaurant business. I hope you remember me. We also discussed regarding a job opening in your one of the restaurant. Currently, I am working with hasta-la-vista restaurant in Brampton as a head chef. I am planning to move to New York next month, therefore, looking for a job opportunity with similar position. I have an experience of 5 years as sous chef and almost 2 years of experience as head chef. In addition, I have managed many events with more than 500 pax dining in. Overall, I have an extensive experience of taking care of the kitchen of a 5 star restaurant. Would you mind considering my profile for that vacancy. It would be great if you can confirm the same at your earliest. Hope to hear from you soon. Yours sincerely, Astha Goel
