Hello, thank you for providing the test and available information on the ETS website. On the test day, I had a problem controlling my stress and voice volume in the center. I asked the staff to let me visit the site before my exam, so I could reduce my stress but they did not allow it. Thus, I was under great stress during my exam and had a panic attack. I think if you could ask test centers to allow people visit their test center before their exams, it will be a great help. It will help test takers to reduce their stress and be familiar with the test room and also check their voice volume before the test day so that they can have a pre-experience and avoid any mistakes during the exam.
