Dear Sir, I am writing this letter concerning the irregular garbage collection system in our neighborhood which has arisen various problems for all of us living in this society. Putting this into your knowledge that, unfortunately, the garbage system in our area is working irresponsibly and improperly which is arising problems for us. The concerned staff does not come regularly and sometimes does not empty the garbage bin properly. Indeed, this is creating problems for us as the garbage remains in the bins which produce bad odor around the streets and sometimes the waste is spilled around the pathways and roads due to which our environment is compromised. Hence, you should take a strict action regarding this unprofessional behavior and monitor daily reports of the staff. There should be supervisor who could monitor and check whether the staff is visiting assigned areas or not and make sure every spot has been visited. Yours Faithfully, Hassan Usman
