Dear Sir or Madam,
I am an undergradudate student sharing a dorm room with another student and I would like to mention some problems that I find difficult to endure. Please let me explain in details.
Firstly, the room that I am staying in is a small room with double deck bed. I sleep in the lower part of the bed and I find it quite uncomfortable that my roommate usually makes a number of noises late at night. Although I have already asked for his coordination to keep it down, he kept ignoring the situation.
Secondly, the aircon is not as cool as it was from the beginning. I am not sure the fault lies with whether the gas or the aircon itself being quite old. I have already spoken to the maintenance officer and he replied that he could not do any maintenance without your approval.
Lastly, the study table inside the room seems extremely old, considering the small insects eating away the table stands. I ought to admit I felt quite disappointed by comparing my old table with the brand new tables from my neighbour rooms.
I hope you could provide some arrangements to this situation I am facing. I do not require a specially decorated room. Just a small room with decent features and a friendly roommate will do the trick.
I hope this letter finds you well and I will be looking forward to your prompt reply.

Lastly
, the study
