Dear Sir/MadamI am a residant at one of the major suburbs of Samarkand region, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the poor condition of the roads in our town. To be exact, I work at a local school and teach the English language to young pupils. I have five or six lessons a day and go to my working place on foot. However, it has been taking more time to get to our school since the new gas druct was fixed. The roads became crumbly and have number of holes. In conclusion, I have to go another way, which is much longer. I phoned to the major department of our town to ask for the help with the solution of this problem. The receptionist responded that they send a brigade to maintain the road. In spite of it nobody came to solve this matter. In addition to it, the bridge, where we go over is broken too and it is dangerous to use it. I would request you to send a team to probe the condition os the road and take immediate action to have it repaired. I hope the matter will be resolved. Yours faithfully Liz
