First of all, when I book a room your administrator said that quality of they very well and he promise to me a good room service, but after my visit I did not see that. Despite the room service a bad, the treatment which I received by your servant was worse. Despite that problems the foods eaten by my very well, however, when I want to see your chef, he did not come out to me, and I considered it a disrespect to myself also that is touched to my heart.
