Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Kriti Ahluwalia and Iam student at Hansraj college. I have been living in Hansraj hostel college from last 8 months. I am writing to express my concern related to the condition in the accomodation and seek your intervention and support. I am staying in the hostel room no 87, block 1 since 8 months and since last 1 month me and my room mate is facing difficulity to live in the room due to continuous construction of high rise building next to our block. Although in the day time it is managable to adjust as we spend most of the time then at the college campus, but the problem starts from the evening till early morning where the construction work begins in full force. The labour working at the construction site plays lound music and talk loudly which disturbs our sleep and it becomes difficult for us to study as our final exams are approching next month and it distracts our concentration.
