Dear Sir/ madam,
I am shilpa Sudarsanan, i have visited your hotel during the last summer and stayed there for a week from 20th April to 26th April along with family in munnar. I am writing this letter to bring your kind attention towards an unpleasant event i had to face white in your hotel.
There was a need for us to have quality fruits and vegetable purees to feed the child, as i stayed with my family. According to my complaint i have informed the room service about the demand and they were agreed to provide it. But the food what they had brought us caused gastric problems in our child. On the very next day also they provided with the same inadequate quality food for the baby. This made us feel so anxious and worried about the health of our child.
To over come this situation i brought some baby foods from the local store and prepared with the very little equipments we had with us.
It was really a bad experience, as i had great expectation from the reviews i gone through online especially for family. More over i payed 1500 rupees for the food what they have provided and in that 5000 was an extra charge for the baby foods, as its not a small amount for a baby per day, i would request you to refund against my payment for the same or else i will raise a complaint to the higher authority.
