Dear Sir or Madam, I am a user of the Scatt Public library and used this library a lot in the past several years.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am a user of the Scatt Public library and used this library a lot in the past several years. There are so many books in the library, that I can find almost all kinds of books I need, such as that related to society, technologies, children education, etc. This is the reason that I drive 30 kilometers to borrow or read books in this library. On the other hand, the books are managed in order very well by categories, which saved me a lot time to find books I would like to read. However, from my point of view, there are still some areas which need to be improved. One is that the environment is a little noisy. Sometimes, I even cannot concentrate on reading books. There are so many people in the library finding or reading books, some of them chats with each other, and some of them even quarrels. The other one is it is so hard to park my car. You may know that there are only about 150 parking lots. In average, I need to wait for 20 minutes before parking. To make the library a better place for users to borrow or read books, I would suggest make some rules to punish the people who make too much noise. Also, more parking lot need to be constructed to make sure the users can park cars without waiting. I really hope the two problems could be solved as soon as possible, although it will cost much money to build more parking lots.
