Your neighbours have recently written to you to complain about the noise from your house/ flat. Write a letter to your neighbours. In your letter explain the reasons for the noise apologise describe what action you will take

Dear Mr. Smith, I'm Namitha, your new neighbour. I recently received your letter about the noise coming out of my flat. First of all, I really appologize for the inconvenience. Me and my family moved a week ago and we are doing some renovations in my appartment. Some of the floors as well as the washrooms are really messed up here. That's the main cause of sound. As you know it's very difficult to get workers for doing all these, so for the last couple of days there was three workers who stayed in my appartment to finish the work as soon as possible. So we were working hard to complete the renovation and that was the main couse of the whole day sound. I sincerely appologies you again and I promise to finish this in the next two days and will also shorten the working hours from 10 am to noon. I hope you will understand my situation.
