Dear Mary, I hope you are doing well, and I 'd like through this letter, to share my great happiness with you, as I' ve left my flat and moved to a more spacious house. It was a long time that I was looking for more convenient and comfortable house, which should be nearby my workplace. If you remember it right, I 've already told you about the transport constraints that I' m facing to join my company at the time. As you know, I also, gave birth to a new baby two months ago, which made the appartement quite small for my old children. I felt that they were in need to more camphy area to study or even to play far from the crying of their little sister. I'm really pleased to give you an idea about my new house. It is an individual accommodation located in the heart of London. It has two floors, with three bedrooms for the children, one master bedroom for me and very well equipped kitchen. Besides, the large living room in the ground floor allows me to receive my friends and organise birthdays' parties for my kids. Next, there is a small workshop in which I can create my artistic handicrafts and paintings. Not to mention the garden which is my favourite space to hang out with my friends and sip a cup of tea. By the way, I 've furnished the spare bedroom to receive my guests. I hope that you' ll be the first one to visit and occupy it as I see you as the closer person to my heart. I hope you' ll enjoy the house and spend an enjoyable time among my family, especially if you come in these summer holidays within which, we can go to the beach for a paddle or for a stroll on the sand. You 'll be, for sure, attracted by the mid-blowing view on the river from the balcony. I' m waiting for your visit at the edge of my seat, and know dear, that you're welcome in my home at any time. Best wishes. Selma.
