Dear Sir, This is in respect to the meeting held recently at your hotel conference room, I have been part of the same meeting. I have prepared some notes while presentation was going on which were based on the comments and on the spot review given by my team. Since we did exceed the meeting duration, in hurry, I missed to wrap-up those notes and forgot to keep them in with me. As far as I remember I kept those paper at the dice present near the presentation board or most probably the drawer in the center table where marker and dusters were present. Also I could remember there was CCTV also placed at just around that dice itself which may help us to locate the paper at the earliest. It would be great help from you, if one of your employees/staff can just do the needful and find those important papers and hand them over to me. Regards, Akshay
