Dear Sir, My name is John. currently staying in 17 Oldfield Part with another two housemates. We are all first year student of University of Bath. We rented your unit back in September this year when the semester started. It has been 2 months since. We noted that some of the furniture has not been functioning properly, especially the heater. We have turned on the heater more often than usual as winter is approaching. However, we realized that the room is still cold after the heater being turned on for hours. This has results in a lot of inconvenience as all of us came from a tropical country therefore we are not used to the cold environment here. Furthermore, the blinds in one of the room is also broken. As you may know, the distance between the houses are very near, without the blinds, there would be practically no privacy at all. Appreciate if you can have someone perhaps a technician to look into the above matters, we will be around most of the time in the house. Thank youJohn
