Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this letter to complain on the shared accomodation which was allocated to me last month along with another student. I have been allocated a shared accomodation with another student from 3rd year BSC last month. I am facing multiple issues related to the room which i had allocated and with the person with whom I am sharing the room. The room is very small to share and it is messy. I am not able to concentrate on studies and would like to shift the room. I am not able to concentrate on my work because of the other person whom I am sharing the room as he is speaking louder in phone all the time. I informed him multiple times to take the calls with low tone but there is no proper response received. Also, the room is messy all the time and there is no proper maintenance from past one week. Also, I had given a written complaint at the reception that the Air condition of the room is not working and is not repaired yet. I would like to request you to change my accomodation to another room, preferably a non sharing room with good sunlight and properly air conditioned. It would be appreciable if you can consider my request and change my room allocation as soon as possible. Yours faithfully, Sandeep
