Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing in the hope of that you can help me with the problem regarding a Tv set that I recently bought from your shop. On October 23, I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a TV set which is made a brand of samsung. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a shop assistant about it. After getting necessary information about the product, I made a choice to purchase it. Unfortunately, four days later I felt some defects with it. Though it is a smart model, it has some problems with internet connection. To make matters worse, the remove control of the TV set has a malfunction while it was working. I am looking forward to your reply and resolution of this matter. I demand to exchange the product with the same brand and a new one.
