Dear Sir, I am writing to complaint about your poor service provided your hotel when we stayed during a visit your hotel with my family last month. Prior to our visit, we ordered two rooms for five people. But when we got there only one room was avalible. Besides that, there was only one bathroom and one toilet. It is not convenient. Moreover, We wanted to have a supper and we went to hotel restaurant. Broucher claimed that there were many traditional, national foods, however, there were only fast foods. Last not least, broucher claimed that the hotel some minutes from the city centre, but you did not mention that it was some minutes away by car. We think it is clear your broucher was misleading.
