I write you in order to complain about your services.
I have just come back from a business trip from Canada. I chose your company for the such wide of facilities you provided which, I saw in an advertisement. Unfortunately neither of them were true.
Firstly, As the flight was with delay I had to wait around 4 hours until I managed to check in and the flight could finally take off.
Secondly, If the crew had been more polite, I would not have had an argument with one of them. I regret not asking for a complain form that employee, who refuse to change the film for other one newer.
Definitely, I should have booked with Iberia airlines. Never have I had so uncomfortable journey.
And on top of all, in spite of the fact that the advertisement is said to provide a wide range of food, The lunch, not only was fatty but also cold and nasty.
Taking into account all of them, I would be grateful if you could give me part refund.
