Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Leanne Rimes, and I am writing this letter with respect to my credit card statement which I received from your bank yesterday.
In the statement, a number of expensive purchases are included during the 31-day period it covers; purchases I am absolutely certain that I did not make.
To support this claim, I have included in this letter copies of receipts of all the items I purchased as well as details of my monthly financial obligations in the last month for your careful and detailed perusal. For example, it is unlikely that I would purchase a 1, 000 golden bracelet when I have the mortgage on my house pending, and two children in college.
Once you have gone through them, you will discover that my credit card statement is in gross error, and needs to be rectified.
I would appreciate it if the bank can reverse the charges as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely
Leanne Rimes
