Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a complaint on your staff who did not treat well with patients and with others too besides I have heard about your hospital a one among the best- and well-known hospitals in treating patients with advanced technological infrastructure & highly skilled doctor’s.
Recently my younger daughter got sick due to food poisoning and rushed to your hospital were expected to be treated well, unfortunately it was a weekend and regular doctor was out of town, as per his suggestion I have chosen your hospital. I rushed to hospital and looking for a doctor due to fact she was dying out of pain. I was running here and there searching for a doctor but none was responding and everyone was careless besides they were chitchatting rather than receiving the patient and start treatment. I was constantly got ignored by staff. Over the next four hours, I constantly asked, how long, it would take, for a doctor, to see my daughter, the Receptionist, was quite rude, didn’t seem, to care, very much, Eventually, we did see, a doctor, my little girl, had to undergo tests, to see, if she had appendicitis, However, I was furious, because the doctor said, he had not seen, anyone for over an hour, so the Receptionist, was not doing, her job properly.
Make an investigation on this issue and take sever action on them why there was delay in taking initiation against the patient. I insist you please take care of such incidents should not be repeated as delay in treating patients may cause death. Hoping an appropriate action towards such a careless staff.
