Dear sir or madam. I am writing in the hope of that you can help me with a problem regarding a washing machine that I recently bought from your shop. After only two days, things started to go wrong. On the 23rd of December I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a washing machine for my mother. I looked around the shop finally I encountered item which I wanted then asked its cost as a consequence of knowing all information about I decided to purchase. In addition to washing machine your company give me an iron for a gift. After two days my mother made a call the reason why the washing machine went wrong. Firstly, it worked properly and clothes was washed clean and fresh Nevertheless the second time she utilized, it seemed to have been a malfunction while it was working.
