Dear Sir, I am writing this letter in connection with my debit card of newly opened account in your bank last week. I received the letter and kit from the bank but the card was missing in it. Further, the kit was torn from one side and I am afraid it may went into the wrong hands. I am concerned about it because yesterday I deposited money in my account and my phone number has not yet linked with it. So, I don't know whether my money is safe or not and even if it get withdrawn by wrong means by using the card I won't be able to know about it. Thus, I am requesting you to do me a favor by blocking my account for some time till I get my new debit card and my phone number get linked. I even registered a complaint with the courier service and they assured me to look after over this matter on priority basis.
